Programs are built through our sister business’s, Coaching App (Space BAR Wellness), to ensure maximal accountability and support.

Your Custom Training Plan includes up to 7 days of programming per week depending on your availability, fitness levels, goals, and other life commitments.

Program design will consist of resistance training, aerobic conditioning, habit change and recovery workouts based off your specific goals.
