A small house with white siding, green trim, and a dark roof. There is a bush with pink flowers on the left and a bamboo fence in front. A sign on the fence advertises a sauna and other services. An umbrella provides shade over part of the house, and there is a large black tank on the right.

Meet your Coach,

  • How I Coach

I don’t just write programs — I help you integrate them into your lifestyle. Mohawk is built around the same pillars I use to maintain a healthy body, strong mind, and social connections: strength, recovery, community, and consistency.

My goal isn’t to push you into a cookie-cutter plan, but to help you build a lifestyle that’s sustainable.

I want you to be able to train hard, learn to better regulate, and connect with the people around you while doing it.

  • It’s been a journey…

I opened my first gym back in 2011. Over the years I grew and managed multiple Anytime Fitness Franchises, earning awards for Best Turnaround Club of the Year and Best Personal Training Club. I was always looking for ways to expand and create a better experience for my members — which led me into launching smoothie and nutrition-focused businesses (The Fit Bar) to support their results outside the gym.

But along the way, I dealt with my own pain — 7 years of herniated discs that I originally thought were just an unregulated nervous system firing in overdrive due to the entrepreneurial stressors . That struggle pulled me into practices I once thought of as ‘alternative’ — breathwork, nervous system regulation, cold plunges and sauna. Those experiences completely reshaped how I looked at my approach to fitness and health. I realized that training hard and eating well doesn’t mean much if you’re not recovering and keeping your system regulated.

That’s what led me to create Space BAR Wellness and, ultimately, Mohawk. Fitness, nutrition, and recovery had always been running as separate businesses — but Mohawk brings them all together under one roof. It’s a smaller, more eclectic space built for deeper conversations and practices that connect mind, body, and being, and a coaching program that integrates all three.

Mohawk is my way of tying the whole journey together — so you get the benefits of training, fueling, and recovering the right way, while also working on being better humans.

  • The modalities at Mohawk are anchors that keep me grounded and I wanted to create a Third Space for my neighborhood while holding myself accountable to these practices.

The sauna, the cold plunge, the breathwork, the training, the running, the recovery and the regulated nervous systems these practices support— I believe will have you showing up as a better human.

This place is an extension of me, built around the same practices I coach. If you’re ready to lean into developing a resilient mind & body, build consistency, and connect with a community that does the same, then you’ll feel right at home here.

Oh yeah, and we have quite a few fun social events!

Before you choose a membership or commit to a program, I want you to experience Mohawk for yourself. That’s why I offer a free 90-minute consultation where we can:

  • Sit down and talk through your goals, background, and lifestyle

  • Get moving with a short workout designed to show you my approach

  • Finish with a sauna & cold plunge session so you leave feeling recharged

This isn’t a rushed sales pitch — it’s a chance to get to know each other and see if Mohawk is the right fit for you. By the end, you’ll have clarity on what type of membership and coaching program will support your growth best.
