Mohawk Mens Ruck
Mohawk Men’s Ruck is a monthly 3-4 mile walk/ruck designed to support men’s mental, emotional, and physical wellness.
This session brings together dads and non-dads alike for steady movement, real conversation, and a grounded start to the week. Bring a weighted ruck or come as you are — all levels welcome.
Each meetup includes access to sauna, cold plunge and leg compression afterward.
